Antique decorative plate with handles. Hand painted display plate. Porcelain plate with roses. Scalloped edges. No chips or cracks. Some areas of worn off gold. It looks that there was some attempt to fix scratched parts of leaves. I purchased the plate in this condition. It is still beautiful. Marked by manufacturer with eagle logo and a letter C.T.
