Return Window: Customers have a fourteen-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return for both defective and non-defective products. This policy applies to items that are either new or slightly used, allowing flexibility for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn or unused, with all tags intact. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon receipt to ensure they meet these criteria.

Return Method: Returns must be conducted by mail. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, and a return label will be provided upon request. It is important to note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be applied to all returns. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing returned items and restocking inventory.

Refund Processing Time: Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval of their refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within fifteen business days. It is important to keep in mind that the time taken for banks or credit card companies to post the refund may vary.

Exchanges: We also accept exchanges for products. The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original product and make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Considerations: For customers located in the United States, this return policy applies uniformly. However, it is advisable to review specific regulations that may pertain to international orders.
